Sellers: Don't Delay
Based on this picture, there are currently about 20,000 more houses on the market now than there were last year at this time. If we create the same trend we have the last two years with inventory peaking around August, we could have as many as 75,000 houses on the market in August. The message is clear. If you intend to sell your home this year, get it on the market now, and price it correctly. Don't put yourself in the position of competing with 74,999 other houses on the market in late summer.
