“Houses can form a neighborhood but only people can make it a community."

The Minneapolis St. Paul Area offers lots of variety in housing. Choosing a city to live in can be difficult! Buyers usually consider commute from work, location of family, city amenities as well as housing appreciation. If you're not sure of where to start, take a look at the twin city directory to the right. You'll find information about each city, as well as a link to the city's website. Happy House Hunting!

Definition of Twin Cities: Two cities that are geographically close to each other and may seem to form a single unit, often referred to collectively.
St. Paul/Minneapolis is more vibrant than ever! There is always something exciting to do or see. Whether it is taking in a show, enjoying an outdoor festival, attending a community class, or simply hanging out and enjoying St. Paul/Minneapolis’s unique culture. It is the people that make St. Paul/Minneapolis special. This is a place to work, live and call home.
According to Wikipedia: Perhaps the most famous example of twin cities in the United States is the combination of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Saint Paul, Minnesota, on the banks of the Mississippi River (however, the political boundary of the two cities is not contiguous with the river). Although the metropolitan area of the Twin Cities actually includes seven counties and nearly 200 separate municipalities, Minneapolis and Saint Paul form the urban, cultural and economic core of the area. The region is typically called "The Metro Area" by local media as much as (or more than) "The Twin Cities", and remote residents of the state often call it simply "The Cities". |
